Investigators seek tips in Forest Park homicide case

The Forest Park Police Department and Crime Stoppers Greater Atlanta are asking the public for information in connection to a 68-year-old's death.

On August 23, 2014 around 4:30 p.m. the body of Alfred Watson was discovered behind a vacant building along the 4000 block of Puckett Street.

Police said Watson left his house on August 21st and was reportedly going to walk to a near-by convenience store.

Watson's body did show signs of trauma, according to investigators.

The cause and manner of death are awaiting autopsy results.
