Sayreville, New Jersey (My9NJ) -

The death of Timothy Wiltsey is a 23 year-old cold case that just got hot. Over two decades ago, people across the country were shocked when five-year-old Timmy was found dead in the woods in Edison after his mother, Michelle Lodzinski, reported him missing.

Wednesday would have been Wiltsey's 29th birthday and that's the day that his own mother was arrested for his murder. Lodzinski appeared in a Florida courthouse where a judge ruled that she be held without bail.

“And the court does find probably cause to hold you on one count of fugitive from justice out of the state of New Jersey, you're bond is set to no bond,” the judge recited.
