Three men have been charged in connection to the March death of a 20-year-old woman.

Cory Ben-Hanania has been charged with felony murder, heroin distribution and concealing the death of a person.

Kevin McCaffrey has been charged with felony murder.

Sebastian Andrade was indicted for the offense of concealing the death of another, according to officials with the Fulton County District Attorney’s office.

Police found an unconscious female lying on the floor on March 3 in Alpharetta. The woman was identified as Chelsea Bennett and died as the result of a heroin overdose, according to investigators.

Bennett, Ben-Hanania and Andrade got heroine in another city and returned to Ben-Hanania’s parent’s house. The two men administered the heroin to Bennett, who passed out at the home and was unconscious for 10 hours before anyone called 911.

Police say Ben-Hanania and Andrade called McCaffrey who told them to take Bennett to a hospital.

Investigators say the involved parties attempted to conceal physical evidence as well as evidence on various electronic devices.

Bennett’s family released the following statement:

Chelsea-Ivanna was a gracious gift and we cherished her—she had a full and promising life ahead of her. She loved everybody and she was loved by and impacted so many lives. This news, the news that her life was so tragically taken, is heartbreaking. We simply ask for and are seeking justice for her.
