A Gwinnett County Kroger pharmacist is accused of trying to record under a woman’s skirt with his cell phone.
Suwanee Police charged Timothy Colgrove with one count of felony eavesdropping. He allegedly attempted to take an up-skirt video of a woman at checkout.
William Rivera, the victim’s husband, recorded the arrest.
Suwanee Police Department’s Captain Shane Edmisten says Colgrove was supposedly getting a soft drink from the machine and had his hand extended under her skirt area with his iPhone face up.
“You can see scratch marks on Colgrove’s neck in his mug shot from a scuffle between the victim and an eyewitness,” said Edmisten.
According to police, a gentleman assisted the victim in taking the phone away from the pharmacist and was able to secure that phone until police arrive on the scene.
Rivera tells FOX 5 they’re staying with family in Suwanee.
