Best dunks from Timberwolves summer league scrimmage

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) -

Fresh from UCLA at 19 years old, the Timberwolves’ No. 13 overall draft pick Zach LaVine brought his athleticism and vertical leap to the club’s summer league scrimmage at Target Center on Wednesday. At the end of the session, head coach Flip Saunders ran 3-man weaves down the floor giving the guys a chance to show off their dunks – LaVine’s were particularly impressive. Saunders is a big fan of LaVine's 46-inch vertical, and he saw it on Wednesday.

The Wolves' second-round pick and former Michigan forward Glenn Robinson III proved himself a threat on defense and also grabbed several boards.

The Wolves brought in Ukraine's 7-foot-1, 280-pound center with a size 18 shoe Kyrylo Fesenko for summer league, and he threw down a windmill at the end of the scrimmage that generated a classic Corey Brewer grin. Fesenko played 4 seasons with the Utah Jazz from 2007 to 2011 and played 3 games in Indiana during the 2011-2012 season. He joined the Chicago Bulls in October 2012 but was waived later that month and has spent time playing in Europe and in the D-League since then. He led all scorers with 21 points on the night during the scrimmage.
