64-Year Old Woman Reported Missing In West Philadelphia

Philadelphia Police are looking for  64-year old Jacqueline Cannad. She was reported missing from her residence on the 5700 block of Walton Avenue.

Cannad recently suffered from several seizures and has Dementia. Police say she left her home on Tuesday at approximately 11:00am when she went to Bible Study. 

Cannad is 5’5, 150lbs, with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a light blue ruffled blouse, dark blue jeans, and Sketchers sneakers.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jacqueline Cannad is asked to contact Southwest Detective Division at 215-686-3183, or dial 911.
