Plank Push: Elbow plank, feet on plates, push feet back keeping back flat.
One Legged Mountain Climber: One foot on plate, other knee pulled in.
Army Crawl: Feet on plates, elbow walk up and down mat.
Hip Raises: Holding ball in between knees, slowly raise straight legs up
X abs: Weights in hands, bring straight arm across to opposite foot
6 pack scissor: Crunched up, straight leg bike
