Whole Grain Waffles
Make a flag with bananas, strawberries and blueberries in waffle spaces

4th of July Fruit Salad
Strawberries, apples, blueberries

Veggie Dip (Hummus)
On plate, layer red and white veggies (like cauliflower, red pepper, cucumbers, tomatoes)

Frozen Greek Yogurt Dipped Strawberries

Dip Strawberries in vanilla Greek yogurt and freeze.

Angel Food Cake Berry Skewers with Cheesecake Dip
Cubes of angel food cake nestle between strawberries and blueberries (raspberries and blackberries would work too!) on these festive skewers. Enjoy the skewers as-is or serve alongside a healthier cheesecake dip made with fat free Greek Yogurt and light cream cheese.

CoreCamper Gluten-Free Corn Salsa with PopChips

Ingredients:

2 cans of corn with red & green peppers
1/2 cup of finely chopped red onion
3 diced Roma tomatoes
1 diced jalapeno (optional)
2 avocados
2 limes
3 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix first five ingredients together in a large mixing bowl .Squeeze lime juice into mixture and add chopped cilantro.Add salt and pepper to taste.erve and enjoy!
