In an electric mixer, combine beer, water, yeast, sugar. let stand for 5 minutes, add the remaining ingredients and mix on low for 4 minutes. let rest for 5 minutes and mix again for 4 minutes. the dough should pull away from the sides of the mixing bowl, if the dough sticks add flour by the tablespoon while mixing until it pulls from the sides of the bowl.
Let dough rest for 5 minutes, portion into 12 oz balls.
