Video Shows Two Men Who Stole Items Inside Car In Oxford Circle

Philadelphia Police are looking for two men who stole items from a car in Oxford Circle.

The incident happened at around 9:50am on June 16 when officers responded to a radio call for a theft from auto on the 1300 block of Van Kirk Street.

When police arrived on scene they were met by the victims who two people had removed their belongings from their vehicle.

Surveillance footage of the area displayed two unknown men walking on the street at which time one of the suspect’s returns carrying a bag.

Both suspects then enter into a rear driveway and begin discarding items from the bag.

Police describe the first suspect as a Black male, 20 years-of-age, 5'6"-5'7", 175-180 lbs., facial hair, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and gray shoes.

The second suspect is a Black male, 20 years-of-age, 5'10"-5'11", 185-190 lbs., wearing a black jacket, green pants, and brown shoes.
