Buy yourself a good pair of shoes

Shoes should be replaced every 400 to 600 miles. Ali's Tip: miles are miles! Even if you are wearing them shopping or to run errands, you are still breaking down the shoe. The average person needs to replace their tennis shoes every 6 months.

Designate a "Wake Up Workout" you do every morning to start establishing a routine

Ali's Tip:

You can start with something as simple as: 10 Lunges, 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Killer Abs

Repeat this sequence for 5 minutes

Strength in numbers

Recruit a friend or form a group.

Ali's Tip: Working out with a friend holds you more accountable and is just more fun!

Swap sweets for fruit

Ali's Tip:

Your body processes fruit sugars (fructose) differently than fruit in candy etc (glucose). Fructose breaks down in your liver and doesn’t provoke an insulin response. Glucose starts to break down in the stomach and requires the release of insulin into the bloodstream to be metabolized completely

Look at your busiest day & choose a workout program you can fit in
