It seems almost too good to be true to have one piece of exercise equipment as enough to work your entire body. Fox 9 fitness expert Ali Holman from CoreCamper.com show teaches you to use a kettlebell to get an efficient workout -- a workout that's been around longer than you may expect.

Kettlebells were developed by the Russians and have been around since the 1700s. This staying power is no coincidence. Ali shows us just how effective using this weighted tool is.

1. Kettlebell swings

2. Kettlebell swing transfers

3. Kettlebell rotary swing (chest level)

4. Kettlebell squat, press / squat thrust (alternate hands each time)
