Baby Formula Theft Suspect Sought

Posted: Updated:
GLOUCESTER TWP., N.J. -

Gloucester Township police want to stop a baby formula thief from striking again.

Surveillance video shows the man police believe is behind several robberies of formula in the past two months.

One robbery was at the Rite-Aid on Blackwood-Clementon Road, and a Kmart on the same road was hit twice.

Police say baby formula is one of the most common items stolen from stores because it costs a lot of money and its resale value is high.

Police say the thief has gotten away with hundreds of dollars worth of formula.
