1. CROCODILE LIFT: Right hand planted on ground, R leg straight and L leg crossed over and on ground in front of your body. Slowly drop hips & raise.
2. SINGLE LEG HOP JACKS: Balance on R foot, arms together (bent), hop and open arms
3. WALK OUT DOWN TO PLANK: Legs straight, walk out to straight plank position, then down to elbows, then back up to straight plank, walk up
4. STRAIGHT PLANK HIP ROLLS/PUSHUP: Straight plank, roll hips R to L, then down to pushup
5. REVERSE PLANK: Belly facing ceiling, get on elbows with body straight, toes pointing up
