PHOTO: Water-filled Woodbury pothole big enough for fishing

WOODBURY, Minn. (KMSP) -

A water-filled pothole outside the Woodland Pointe Apartments in Woodbury, Minn. was big enough for a few residents to grab their fishing poles and life jackets to enjoy the fishing opener on asphalt.
