The Chicago Veterinary Specialty Group
is looking for a full-time client service representative to join our state of the art specialty center, an affiliate of the Chicago Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Center.
Applicant must have professional experience in a fast-paced client service environment; veterinary or medical office experience is highly preferred. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, cheerful, warm, client-centered, reliable, flexible, detail-oriented and professional. This is not a traditional "receptionist" position. Your multiple responsibilities will cover every facet of client care, in a very high-energy setting. Your ability to multi-task is critical, as is a proficiency with computers and electronic records. A college degree is preferred. In addition to exceeding our clients' expectations in a customer service capacity, you will also administratively support our veterinary and technical staff.
