Easter Fun Fest moves to historic Fort Wayne

DETROIT, Mich. (WJBK) - For the first time ever, the Easter Fun Fest was held at Historic Fort Wayne in Southwest Detroit Saturday. In the past, the event has taken place on Belle Isle.

As many as 700 people gathered to walk through the "bunny hop" lane, a lighted pathway with music. The event is among the biggest organized by the Detroit Recreation Department. There were also six different Easter egg hunts and bounce houses, face painting and arts and crafts. The best part? It was all free of charge.
