MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) -

The Minnesota Twins have announced Wednesday night's game against the Toronto Blue Jays has been postponed due to snow. The game has been rescheduled as part of a split day-night doubleheader Thursday.

Fans holding tickets to tonight's (April 16) postponed game have two options:

1) Utilize their tickets for admission into the rescheduled April 17 game at 6:10 p.m.

2) Exchange their unused tickets for a future Twins regular season game in 2014 (subject to pricing tier and ticket availability.

Tickets for the postponed game are not subject to refunds.
