Spray a small muffin tin and then pour each space 2/3 full with egg whites. Add chopped kale, cheese and chopped turkey. Season with Mrs. Dash and bake for about 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be refrigerated!

½ ac old-fashioned oats
1 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ c blueberries
2 Tbsp slivered almonds
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
