MUGSHOTS: 10 arrested in Dinkytown after Gophers hockey win

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) -

10 people were arrested and booked into the Hennepin County Jail for unlawful assembly, disorderly conduct related to the Dinkytown street celebration following the University of Minnesota's Frozen Four semifinal win Thursday night.

All 10 were released on $78 cash bail, and no formal charges have been filed. The Hennepin County Jail identified the following people as "the 10 that were arrested last night from the U."

- Sara Alexandra Hollingsworth

- Adam Hakam Hussein

- Erik Peter Johnson

- Mackenzie Lea Rae Lagodinski

- Anthony Michael Stolar

Minneapolis police and University of Minnesota police worked to disperse are overwhelmingly peaceful crowd studded with some who were jumping on police cars, setting fires, and throwing bottles and objects at officers.

MESSAGE FROM MPD

Minneapolis Police Department released the following message regarding Saturday night at the University of Minnesota:

The Minneapolis Police Department supports the University of Minnesota as we celebrate the Gopher's Mens Hockey Semi-Finals win. We hope that people celebrate responsibly and lawfully following the Gopher's appearance in the national championship game on Saturday night.

If celebrations escalate into criminal behavior, the MPD will act to ensure public safety and protect property. Anyone told to disperse from an assembly that has been declared unlawful must immediately leave the area. Failure to do so may result in an arrest.

Again, MPD supports and encourages lawful, responsible, and safe celebrations.
