The Lumberyard Pub & Grub's lumberyard sandwich

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon butter unsalted
18 oz. dough ball
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
5 oz. ham
5 slices of salami
Mild peppers
Sliced tomato
Chopped lettuce
Italian dressing
Salt
Pepper
Flour
Cooking spray


Method:

Set oven at 500 degrees

Take a flat cookie sheet or pizza pan spray with any type of non stick cooking spray
Put flour down put your dough on top of flour roll out into a square aproximately 6 inches across top and 8 inches from top to bottom. Put the dough on your tray on one half (bottom) put mozzarella cheese then top cheese with ham top ham with salami on other half (top) take liquid butter brush on that side take mozzarella cheese sprinkle over top half and sprinkle parmesan cheese sprinkle salt and pepper.
Put in oven approximately 10 -12 min it will be a light golden brown
When u take out flip on platter cut across pizza dough separating top Half from bottom half
Take your lettuce put on bottom half then tomatoe slices on top of lettuce mild peppers on top of tomatoes drizzle with Italian dressing to taste take top put onto bottom half cut in half enjoy


****the bottom half will be the half that your meat and cheese is on your top will be the half with mozzeralla cheese Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper****
