1. One partner in Elbow Plank, Other partner with feet on partner's back, performing pushups. 10 reps for each partner, 3 times through
2. Up/Down plank High 5's: Get in elbow plank (2 High 5's), come in straight plank (2 High 5's)
3. Plank Jump Overs: One partner in plank, other partner jumps over and gets in plank, keep repeating
4. Towel Drags: One partner holding the other and dragging backwards. Stationary partner has heels on towels
