Sick of the "dreadmill" or can't find time to get to the gym? Fox 9 fitness expert Ali Holman is here with 4 new workout techniques that are not only challenging and fun, but will also give you better results in less time.

1. TABATA Technique: Perform one exercise for 8 rounds, 20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest. Goal is MAX Speed & MAX reps during those 20 seconds. Ali Demonstrated with Squats or Plyometric Jumps

2. FUNCTIONAL TRAINING: Instead of training one body part at once, work multiple parts in tandem for a faster, more effective workout. Ali demonstrated with a "Daisy Cutter" to a flat back pushup.

3. AGILITY TRAINING: Athletes have been doing this for years, but now more and more everyday people who want to get in shape are using this technique. Ali demonstrated with an agility ladder-high knees and quick feet in/out.

4. SUPERBAND TRAINING: Instead of weights, try using this Superband to add resistance to your workout. Ali Demonstrated with Superband Squats & Superband Lunges
