SNOW SO FAR: Are We Done?

After our spring snowstorm last week that dropped as much as 12+ inches of the white stuff on parts of the state, we are hoping that an end is in sight. Don't forget that last year we saw snow in May. I'm not saying that is going to be the case this year, but it is a bit too early to put away the shovels just yet. However, I wouldn't hold my breath on seeing too many more flakes.

Here is where we stand as far as snow totals for the 2013-2004 season.

As you can see we have beaten what we saw last year and we have really soared past average. Now, here is a breakdown of the snow we have seen month to month since it began back in October of last year.

Lets hope we can write in a big ole goose egg for May. Stay tuned.

Oh, just in case you were wondering, here is a graphic of the top 5 snowiest season of all time. At least this season is not on that list.
