Isabel most recently worked in the after school 'Stepping Stones' program.

"Stepping Stones" is an after-school program which provides students with help with their homework, enrichment classes and learning excursions

Parents are outraged this happen at their children's school. .

Mom, Elizabeth Cathelyn, says "I would like to know how they even got the cameras in there. I mean, that's my daughter in there. God knows if she`s actually on there."

Another mom, Meghan Martin says, "I just think it's really disgusting. It`s horrifying."

Police are still working to identify the children on the tapes to notify parent.

Asst. Chief Of Police , Major Don Schaeffer, states "It's a sick world out there for some people, and we wanna make sure the good people are safe."

The school is sympathizing with the parents and trying to assist in this difficult time.

"In my 25 years as an educator I`ve never heard of it. So it's a very isolated case, and the fact that we did find it, we did react and that hopefully the police will find out soon who did it, I hope is comforting to them," says Davenport Superintendent ,Dr. Art Tate .

Police say the charges are serious misdemeanors and carry a bond of 1,000 each.
