Jason Patric: Intended Parent

Posted: Updated:

Jason Patric was here with his attorney Fred Silberberg. Back in 2009, Jason and his then-girlfriend Danielle Schreiber conceived a child, a boy named Gus, by In-Vitro fertilization.

Jason was part of Gus's life for more than two years, but after he and Danielle broke up, she claimed that Jason was never a father, but a sperm donor and nothing more.

Jason's case was tried in court…and it prompted a bill in the State Senate to clarify parental rights.
