Recipe for No-Rice Breakfast Sushi Wrap

Ingredients

-Seaweed paper

-Smoked salmon

-Edamame

-Eggs

-Fat free cream cheese

Instructions

Make a flat omelette with the scrambled eggs so it is a large flat pancake style- now on seaweed paper lay on the egg,layer of cream cheese

then a layer of smoked salmon- roll and cut off the ends to tidy up, the slice in half, then half again, top with an edemame bean
