TOMS RIVER, N.J. -

In a bizarre case out of New Jersey, police say a convicted robber returned to the scene of his crime.

A day after 40-year-old Christopher Miller was released from jail after 15 years for robbing a shoe store, he allegedly robbed the same Stride Rite store – again.

Miller is accused of stealing nearly $400 and an employee's cell phone.  It appears shoe stores are his weakness.

Miller served 15 years behind bars for robbing the New Jersey shoe store.
