Former Vikings QB named Buffalo High School head coach

BUFFALO, Minn. (KMSP) -

Former Vikings quarterbackTodd Bouman will be the new head football coach at Buffalo High School.

Now 41, the St. Cloud State alum was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Vikings in1997. He replaced Daunte Culpepper as starting quarterback at the end of the2001 NFL season after Culpepper was injured.

He ended on 6 stints with the Jacksonville Jaguars after being released inAugust 2011.
