"Saddlebags" are great for horseback riding, but most people who struggle with weight gain on their hips would prefer to leave them back at the barn!

  2. Elbow Plank Donkey Kick
  3. Straight plank booty straight leg lifts with feet on stool
  4. Side squat to knee up w/stationary foot on stool
  5. All 4's, kick back and side kick
