RETIREMENT: 36% of workers don't have $1,000 in savings

A new survey by the non-profit Employee Benefit Research Institute and Greenwald and Associates shows many Americans are in trouble when it comes to retirement. Researchers found 36 percent of workers have less than $1,000 in savings and investments, and more than half -- about 60 percent -- have less than $25,000 in retirement savings.

Bruce Helmer with the Wealth Enhancement Group joins Fox 9's Kelcey Carlson to discuss the study and how to save for the golden years.
