CORE: All 4s, bring R elbow to L knee

BUTT: Reverse Lunge (2 pulses) then bring same knee up

CHEST/GLUTES: Froggie pushup

SHOULDERS/TRICEPS/CHEST/CORE: Up/Down Pushup, alternating from elbow plank to straight plank

GLUTES/SHOULDERS/CARDIO: Daisy Cutter to Donkey Kick
