A Mattie's Call has been issued for a missing 61-year-old Carrollton resident who was last seen Saturday morning.

The Carrollton Police Department says that Vicki Howel Cox was seen at the Coin Laundry located in the 800 block of Bankhead Highway around 10 a.m. Saturday.
