TSA PreCheck: How it works at MSP Airport

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) -

Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport is adding a TSA PreCheck enrollment center, giving low-risk travelers the opportunity for a fast-pass through security checkpoints.

THE PERKS

- Don't have to remove shoes, belts or jacket

- Laptop can stay in case

- Liquids and toiletries can stay in carry-on luggage

ELIGIBILITY

In order to be part of the TSA PreCheck program, you need to complete an application online, visit the PreCheck center for an interview and pay an $85 fee.

PreCheck is only available for major airlines flying out of MSP Airport.

The enrollment center at MSP Airport is located in Terminal 1, Concourse F.An off-airport enrollment center is located in Roseville, Minn., at 2780 Snelling Avenue North, Suite 309. It is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
