MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) -

Add up all of the hours we have spent below zero in Minneapolis-St. Paul this winter and you get 20.1 days of subzero living.

As of Wednesday, Feb. 26 the average temperature this winter has been 10.0 degrees – tied for the No. 9 coldest winter on record.
