-1 single serve champagne bottle
-1 tbsp. of strawberry puree
-1 tbsp. of Limoncello
-Pour into a champagne glass Limoncello and strawberry puree
-Top of glass with champagne
-Garnish with a strawberry
Dolce Vita USA Strawberry Soup
1 bag of frozen strawberries thawed
1 cup of Greek vanilla yogurt
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of apple juice
10 mint leaves chopped
Thaw strawberries in refrigerator overnight.
In a blender or food processor puree strawberries
In a medium size bowl: add strawberries, yogurt, sour cream and apple juice. Mix on medium speed with a blender for 2 minutes.
Dolce Vita USA Strawberry Chicken Flatbread
1 8oz. container of fresh strawberries
¼ cup of strawberry preserves
1 10.6 oz. Artisan Flat Bread
1 cup of cooked chicken cut into bite size pieces (1 chicken breast)
8oz. of goat cheese
¼ cup of chopped red onions
2 tbsp. Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Spread strawberry preserves on flat bread.
Top preserves with goat cheese and then chicken pieces.
Bake at 385 degrees for 10 minutes until or until crust is crispy.
Remove and set aside.
Clean strawberries and remove stems. Slice and put into a bowl.
Add arugula to bowl. Add strawberry vinegar, onions, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss until mixed.
Top arugula and strawberry mixture on top of flatbread.
Pour into bowls and garnish with mint.
