Fatal shooting in north Minneapolis believed 'not random'

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) -

Minneapolis police are investigating a deadly shooting at a north Minneapolis home early Thursday morning.

Police responded to a report of a shooting on the 2000-block of Hillside Avenue N. near Newton Avenue at about 2:26 a.m. Upon arrival, a man was found inside with apparent gunshot wounds.

Police do not have anyone in custody but do not believe it was a random incident.
