1. Mogul Jumps, or Narrow squat/knee up for beginners

2. Luge (Lay on back and tilt side to side with feet off ground)

3. Snowboarders

4. Skater Toss with weight (On knees, chop weight R to L, then L to R)

5. Speed Skaters

6. Cross Country pushes with weights (flat back and tricep push back)
