SKINNY BANANA SPLIT PARFAIT
Listed from Bottom to Top:
Layer with 1 Scoop Frozen Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 Crumbled KIND Dark Chocolate Chili Almond Bar
1/4 c Sliced Strawberries
1/4 c Sliced Bananas
1/8 c Sugar Free Chocolate Sauce or Dark Semi Sweet Mini Choc Chips
HEALTHY FRISKY FRIED CHICKEN
Lean Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (Fat cut off)
1 Cup Egg Whites
1 Bag of BBQ Pop Chips: Put in Bag & make into crumbs
Mrs. Dash "No Salt" BBQ Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350. Dip Chicken Breast in Egg White Mixture and coat. Remove Chicken from Egg Whites and then Dip in Crumbled Pop Chips or Shake in Crumbled Pop Chips bag.
Remove and put chicken in pan. Lightly season with Mrs. Dash.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through
KRAZY ABOUT KALE CHIPS
Bag of Kale, stems removed
Light Salt and Pepper
Place Kale on Cookie Sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Salt and Pepper.
Bake at 300 degrees for approx. 20 minutes or until crispy
