(WJBK) -

Surveillance video shows thieves taking a sledge hammer to a Detroit party store's cinder block wall and breaking through in less than a minute. They stole cash, cigarettes and the owner's gun inside his safe.

Worried about the safety of others, the owner is offering a two thousand dollar reward to anyone that returns his gun, a colt government 380.

"I worry about my gun a lot because I don't want to see nobody hurt with my gun," says Steve Bahoura.

The Bahoura family has owned Van Dyke Liquor and Lotto on the city's east side for 20 years. Steve says the business has been robbed almost 50 times.

"They are losers - no heart, no feelings. They are devils. I call them Devil," Steve says.

The latest robbery happened around 4 a.m. Thursday. After breaking inside, the thieves took a crowbar to three cash registers and took about $4,500 in cash. They took about $2,500 worth of cigarettes and Steve's gun. The damages will cost about $10,000 to repair.
