Surdyk's has over 300 different kinds of cheeses, each with a distinct flavor and personality, but what does your favorite cheese say about you?
"Cheese Signs" author Renee Monique Nicholson surveyed 900 people and found 12 different cheese personalities, not unlike those of the zodiac.
"I grew up around a family of cheese lovers. Everyone in the family had their particular cheese, and it was always amusing to me how some people have distinctive taste," Nicholson said.
Nicholson draws parallels between how the cheese is made and those who enjoy that particular type. In the book, she delves into the 12 types and also offers detailed background on how many of your favorite cheeses came to be, and perhaps a little insight on how to be married to a mozzarella or raise a munster.
