Police say they caught the guy approaching women with Swiss Cheese and asking them to perform sex acts. Police have been investigating these allegations for the past few days in the Mayfair neighborhood. A lot of people were concerned something dangerous was about to happen.
Like a scene out of a movie, police waited with guns drawn outside 521 Noble St until Chris Pagano opened his door and surrendered to police. Pagano is facing charges for lewd acts involving cheese.
Last week, the Mayfair Town Watch posted a photo with a warning about a guy approaching women with cheese.
Police say 41-year old Pagano would terrorize victims from his car and ask them to perform a sexual act with the cheese.
"Flora" who wishes to conceal her identity reached out to FOX 29 news after she says she encountered Pagano in Mayfair last Thursday while driving home from work near the boulevard.
I have a picture of him in my kind because the first time I saw him was in the light," Flora said. " When I saw his picture in the newspaper i was like that's the guy who was following me. It was kind of scary."
Neighbors where Pagano lives in Norristown like Ray Dean say they are relieved that he was nabbed by police.
"He used to take his guns out and walk around in his underwear in the neighborhood so I always thought he was just a weird guy," Dean said.
Pagano is charged with two counts of Stalking, two counts of Indecent Exposure, three counts of Harassment and two counts of Open Lewdness.
Police say the investigation regarding these incidents is on-going.
