Longtime Star Tribune sports columnist and WCCO 830 AM radio personality Sid Hartman held an estate sale at his St. Louis Park home over the weekend – crushed velvet robe, fur coat and other treasures abounding.
Hartman, 93, attended Saturday's sale to sign autographs for those who made purchases, and also sold autographed copies of books he authored and bobblehead dolls, Estate Sales Minnesota reported.
Apparently, he isn't planning a move, he simply wanted to clear out his trove of artifacts and duds. Plenty of Hartman fans stopped by on Saturday simply to see the legend in action, and perhaps do a little browsing.
The sale continued Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
