Most of us are doing our best to stay out of the bitter cold, but for hundreds of people living on Atlanta's streets, finding shelter is a challenge. That's why a team from Grady EMS has hit the streets looking for people who need help.
   
The FOX Medical Team's Beth Galvin has the story.
