A new Harris poll lists the top five most common resolutions for the New Year.

  • Get a new job
  • Exercise
  • Improve finances
  • Lose Weight

Other resolutions included: Manage stress better, stop smoking, improve a relationship, stop procrastinating, and set aside time for yourself.

According to Psychology Today, 22% fail at their New Year's resolutions after a week, 40% of people after a month, and 50% after three months.
