Smack Shack halibut BLT

12 oz of Halibut (you can sub fluke or flounder) cut in 2 pieces

2 thick cut pieces of milk bread (texas toast, or your choice of bread) cut into 5"x5" pieces and toasted

¾ cup ice burg lettuce shredded

¾ cup butter lettuce shredded

½ cup smoked tomato aioli

3 Roma tomatoes

2 tb lemon juice

2 tb Extra virgin olive oil

1 tb canola oil

4 slices thick cut bacon baked in oven and sliced into thin strips


1. Sear Halibut in a hot pan and cook for 3-4 minutes

2. Place fish on top of toast

3. Top with ailoli, lettuce, bacon and diced roma tomatoes.
