1. Feet forward, feet back to plank (hands on blocks)
2. Pike with one block in between knees, one block in hands
3. One foot on block, step out to touch other block
4. Tricep dips with a kick: Hands on blocks, tricep dip with kick
5. Sissy Squat over blocks: Step on blocks with toes on ground, squat
6. Ali on the blocks: both hands on blocks, feet hovering
