ROSEVILLE, Minn. (KMSP) -

Three more bundles of 10 $100 bills were discovered in Salvation Army red kettles on Wednesday.

This is the third year mysterious, benevolent donor "St. Grand," (as dubbed by the  charity) has dropped off large wads of cash to support the Salvation Army's holiday season efforts.

The cash was dropped off on Tuesday at Rainbow on Larpenteur Avenue and Byerlys in Roseville and at Cub Foods in Arden Hills, bringing this year's St. Grand donations to five bundles totaling $5,000.

Both Roseville kettles also received donations on Black Friday.

The Salvation Army is aiming to raise $10.8 million through the red kettle initiative by Dec. 31.
