A Ramsey, Minn. man involved in the "Big Brothers" organization has been charged with 3 counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct for allegedly having sex with several young boys who were 13 years old or younger.
Chad Michael Geyen, 44, may also have been involved with the "Big Brothers" organization from 1989 to 1993 -- a criminal complaint cites at least one victim met Geyen through the organization.
Geyen also holds a private pilot license and has participated in the "Young Eagles Program," a Blaine Airport youth organization for young people interested in aviation. According to the complaint, Geyen engaged in sexual behavior with at least one boy at the Blaine Airport, at Geyen's home and at his cabin.
Another victim said he met Geyen through the "Big Brothers" program at age 5 and knew him until age 13. He was a foster child of Geyen's for a short time and also a ring bearer in his wedding.
Investigators do not know how many children Geyen may have contacted over the years or if additional victims exist apart from allegations made by multiple victims on hundreds of separate offenses.
Any person with information about the suspect is asked to contact the Anoka County Sheriff's Office at (763) 427-1212.
