Somehow, some way, the Minnesota Vikings aren't tied for the worst record in the NFL this week, but they did manage to tie the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.
With the Vikings struggling to trust quarterback Christian Ponder and the Packers forced to press on without Aaron Rodgers, the game served as a loud reminder that an NFL team requires a great quarterback, and neither Ponder, nor Packer backups Scott Tolzien and Matt Flynn could make it happen at Lambeau.
Meanwhile, a tie does impact draft order. With a loss yesterday, the Vikings would have been part of a four-way tie for worst record in the league. As it stands now, the Vikings would have the fourth overall pick. This left plenty of Twitter users fuming on Sunday, wondering why Ponder didn't simply chuck the ball to Manti Te'o's girlfriend to lose the game when he had the chance.
Here's a roundup of some of the best tweets from the game, because while this season may be getting old for Vikings fans, social media never sleeps.

@LPCSportsGuy A tie is just like kissing your sister, right Packers fans? Well, you'd know, I guess. #Burn

@johnkriesel The Packers are so crafty. They are going to let the Vikings win to mess up their draft position...
5. Scott Walker
@ScottKWalker Last time a @Packers game ended in a tie #MattFlynn was just 2. Amazing comeback but still not fully satisfied with a tie
9. N. Teele Schneider
@NoraTeele Who's breaking it to Packer fans that they don't actually get to kiss their sisters after a tie?
10. Chase Stuart
@fbgchase Unsurprisingly, that's the first 26-26 game in NFL history. 313th tie in pro football history.
